    Honey Garlic Ribs:
2lbs ribs gets about 2 people full up...Figure servings/measurement off that.

    1/4 cup of Honey
    2 Tblspoons SoySauce
2 Tblspoons White Vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tblspoon Brown Sugar
    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, and any other spices you like to taste.

    Preheat the oven to 375.
Mix the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and brown sugar in a bowl until the honey and sugar both dissolve. Cut the ribs into manageable chunks- Single ribs up to 4 or 5 ribs attached seem pretty good. Mix the baking soda into the bowl and watch it start to foam....but not too long- Throw the ribs in there and coat them.
Put them in a tin foil lined pan and shake on the spices you want. Into the oven- turn them every 20 mins for an hour...and then enjoy!!

:D My anal retentive brain read it as bulleted with 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

No difference, I will still make it, I just don't have to buy 68 lbs of meat!!

    Cheers!
