I'm biased because I've never had whataburger. But I've only had one place that's better than in n out, that's knockout burger in carlsbad. You havnt had a burger til you have gotten the heavyweight at knockout burger.

Other than knockout, in n out FTMFW

Had my first Whattaburger last Saturday, and it was very average. Not a fan.

How could you have tried both, if In-N-Out is not in Texas ?

    Anyway, In-N-Out for the win.

As a Texas native, I'm a Whataburger fan. I'm not crazy about the smaller In-N-Out patties (really? 4 patties for a 1/2 lb burger?), although they're still pretty tasty. The problem with this question is that so far, you can't have both of them in one place since Whataburger is mostly Texas and bordering states while In-N-Out is Cali and bordering states.

However, In-N-Out has confirmed a new location for Garland, TX (suburb of Dallas). So very soon, us Texans will be able to do back-to-back taste tests of the two joints and provide some more valid opinions.

Since I grew up here in Texas, I‘ve had Whataburger’s all my life, they are damn good.:)
And when working on the left coast, I’ve had the opportunity to have a few IN-N-OUTs.
Original Tommys are my choice in L.A.:D

But Whataburger’s are my favorite of the chains – Texas original based in Corpus Christi.
But when I want a really really good burger I prefer a mom and pop one off burger locations around me, much better than any chain store.:hungry:

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
In N Out Burger for me. To bad there are non in Texas. Had to get some when i went to California and may pick up some more in a week or two when I'm in Arizona and Nevada.

Whataburger has always been "meh" for me. Which is a shame because I do like a company what has a "One Nation Under God Indivisible" window sticker on their store.
