    And been making xmas cookies for 2 days... to send Tins of cookies out to family
    Just the sugar ones now...and then we paint um up.. LOL

    ya know, that sounds like a good idea. sending cookies out to family. where did you buy the tins to put them in??

    wal-mart has every color, shape and size...for around $2.99

    Its a great gift... Its Not easy to make 8 or so different kinds of cookies and send to a dozen addresses... But it comes from the heart and touches the heart too. :)

    awesome!! And YES the ones I posted are very easy... and stay fresh for many days.

    I start out with the cookie cutter and bake all the sugar cookies 1st... then put icing on them.....
