motor swap for jeep

my buddy has a 94 wrangler 4 cylinder 5 speed. Hes wanting to know how much work is involved in swapping to the straight 6/ 4.0 liter. Just figured id ask on here and see if anyone has done it or know what all parts interchange and what doesnt. thanks for any info.

I have a 86 Cj7 that I am restoring and I have a AMC 360 and a NV4500 that I have swapped in to replace the Inline 6.

My buddy attempted that swap but never finished the wiring...

I have done lots of motor swaps in my life and the hardest part is always getting the wiring, its time consuming.
