Often on electronics too; most people don't have one of those for taking things apart.

Don't need to, I think they want to make sure no one does for lawsuit reasons. So some dumb ass doesn't unscrew the wheel and their infant swallow it, because clearly that is McDonald's fault.

It is a flat-bladed screwdriver for slotted screws. I call them slotted. It is more accurate. But yes, it's all fucked.

Plumbers and electricians are fucked. I guess it helps them overcharge for time because it task so long to drive a slotted screw, and they also have to pay for all the band aids when the tool slips off and they smash their knuckles. It's like trying to push a car with a rope.

The ACR Deckmate Phillips are good (for that application). But the problem is when folks don't use an impact driver or at least correct torque settings with their driver/drill. I can't tell you how many time I'll be in my back yeard, and hear someone in another yard screwing away, and then the horrible clunking cam-out sound starts AND THEY DON'T STOP! Oh, there is still some bite left! I'll just grind it down into a cone and still not get it tight! Weeee!
