Whats the one power/hand tool you could not do w/out?

I use this power tool every day. It has never let me down. (with all the attachments they make today for drills this is a very versatile tool)

As for a hand tool you be surprised how much you can do w/this working on an a/c / furnace unit.)

http://www.amazon.com/Klein-32500-Sc...6438502&sr=1-2

I realize that this will vary from person to person and what field they work in. Since the home remodel buisness has tanked here in Cali I have gone into home repair.

Now that I'm out of the auto repair buisness, all I really need now is a ladder and a couple screwdrivers...Those are my go-to tools now.

circ saw and hammer as well. You can build much without those two.

I find it pretty amazing you can pretty much dismantle a home w/a good sawzall and a few good wood/bi-metal blades.
