Installing a bed extender on a 2012

I recently bought a new 2012 Tacoma PreRunner and took the old extender off my 2008. I do not have instructions to install or the template for hole drilling. Before I started tearing the panels off I thought I would ask for help.

Thanks for the reply I had found that download but for some reason I could not get my computer to print the template. I took the measurements of the template and measured and it came out fine.
