I drive an 09 tacoma access cab 2wd. I recent drove over a curb and immediately my radio went out. Checked the fuses and they are still in tact. What's going on? How do I fix it?

checked the wiring harness and all fuses, all seemed in order. Do you know if I will have this same problem if i purchase a 2012 double din moniter?
