try a tractor supply or northern tool...............both have a set around $25/30 or so.....and they work fine for most anything a normal dremel does.

yes, I cant speak for the quality of anything else besides dremels...Hopefully someone can chime in.

I would def not get the one speed variety....for the satoshi u prolly want low speed to avoid melting the plastic too much, and when cutting any metal u want high speed. They are very versatile, I love mine.

I got mine from, Im sad to say autozone. But hey I work there it has a speed control up to like 10 it works ok I guess. It is only like $20, but with my employee discount it was only $17. Cant pass up a dremal for only $17 even if its not the best one there is. Its a greatneck and has a 1 year store warrenty I think.

for some reason i doubt harbor freights products, they just dont seem safe haha. but they do got cheap shit.. i have a dremel from black and decker and its good..dont remember the price but make sure you get one with a cord because charging the battery is a bitch, especially when you need extra power, the chargables dont cut it for me.

I got that one from Walmart with wheels and bits included in the kit for $30. The bits and wheels are standard size, it will say that on the back of the box or will say fits whatever sizes. I used a dremel kit with the black and decker tool, they fit. It has multiple speeds and worked just fine.
I used it to trim my fenders/bumper where my tires rubbed and also to cut the plastics on my quad.

edit: just read the details on your link...
Universal collet system accepts all standard rotary tool accessories. 3-speed (12,000/24,000/30,000 RPM) for maximum precision in all applications. Includes 30 accessories...

You will also find that this will come in handy on many more projects! Money well spent.
