My horn in my 2n gen recently has gone out. The fuse is good and I can hear the relay click when I press down on the steering wheel. I put a meter on the end of the clip that clips into the horn and do not get a reading. Is my relay bad? Thanks. Also leading up to this I was blowing my horn fuse hear and their. Any reasons why?

I do not see a ground wire either. Is it grounded somewhere else on the truck besides next to the horns themselves?

looks like the horns ground where they bolt on.are you getting 12v at the horns when you press the steering wheel?

The thing is that they have worked in the past and when I took it apart today no ground wire connected to the 12mm bolt holding the horns in place?

i think the ground is made through the horn housing, there is just 1 wire going to each horn, which needs 12v when the horn is pressed.if the relay is clicking when you depress the horn, then you are getting the ground from the horn plate needed to activate the relay.if you are not getting 12v to the horns ,check the fuse first, then swap the horn relay and recheck,if you are getting 12v, then the horns are bad.sounds to me like one of them may already be shorted out and been blowing the fuse.
