I was wondering if there is anyone out there who works for a dealer and can PM me a ballpark number to expect to get on a trade in. I google'd this for a little while and saw other forums say that the KBB trade in value isnt a very accurate number to go off of.

I have a 2001 VW jetta with a 1.8T engine, Wolfsburg package and 83,000 miles

It is in fair condition, with some oxidized paint and a nonfunctional sunroof.

Let me know if you need additional info

All of the dealers around here got the trade in value off of KBB or Nada when I traded in my Honda.
