Sorry if this has been answered before...I didn't see it anywhere on my search.

I was on the weathertech website to get floor mats for my truck (I've had them before and love em), but something caught my eye on their website.

I put in my info (2011 Double Cab) and it said this:
"Does Not Fit manual transmission models."

I've got a manual, how does that even make sense? Something to do with the clutch? I'm confused

You didn't see this in your searches?

Did you try searching for "weathertech clutch"?

    *facepalm*

Edit: To not be such a dick: They do fit the manuals, but you will probably have to do a little bit of trimming around the clutch pedal. I have them and I had to trim it because the pedal was getting stuck behind the mat when depressed fully. It only takes about an inch off and it clears just fine.
