    Just bought it!
I drive slow and always leave redlights slow, so I wouldn't even notice if someone was passing me just to be an ass. Even when I'm out on motorcycles it's still pretty common for people in crappy cars to take me from a redlight. I rode nothing but sportbikes for years when I was younger and I think I learned where you can and can't have fun if you want a clean driving record, and the habit just stuck. (Plus I think the best way to rob someone's satisfaction out of their sports car is for you to show them you care so little, that you didn't even consider raising your rpms to beat them from a light)

I despise large vehicles, so people who think my truck is too small don't bother me in the least, I'm already busy thinking theirs is too big. I even looked at some smaller trucks(and some american ones) but none of them had a back seat setup that pleased me for two 75lb dogs like my 06 does with the flip forward seats, while still having a full size bed and not being too big for someone who lives in the city. I think this truck is perfect for everything I need it to be.

I've also had enough of vehicle manufactures who haven't figured out what the metric system is. I think the Chevy Colorado is a great looking truck, as are most of the newer Dodge Rams, but 32 parts per inch, 12 inches per foot, 3 foot per yard, 1760 yards in a mile.... give me a break, I'll take a foreign vehicle any day if it means figuring out what size bolt I'm missing doesn't involve fractions and division. Even half of Harley Davidson motorcycles are assembled out of Japanese parts now.

Honestly i belaive tacomas are becoming far more "American" so to speak than anyone else. Heck, the 6.6 Duramax used to be manufactured by ISUZU for cryin out loud!!!!!!!

I don't only battle with the large trucks. For some reason people think they have a BA toyota tacoma. Haha. Sometimes they want to speed by me, but I don't let them. Muahahaha!

I don't know. I wouldn't want to drive, park or gas up any bigger truck.

The only truck tacoma size that seems any good is a frontier but they are all rusted to hell around here.

Nobody hates on tacomas in the NW. Everybody LOVES subarus and tacomas. They're like gold! Lots of wet roads, lots of hills/mountains, and snow.

Nobody ever messes with me in my Tacoma. Especially when they see all the bodies in the bed. Sortof freaks them out I guess.

Yep. I get that look from gen 2 owners, cause i drive a gen 1.

They try to take off at a light "to show off" but my little truck is a sleeper, since mine's SC'd. blow right by them, everytime.
