Dealership ooops

Got my gf scion TC serviced last Friday --
Found some oil on the garage floor this morning

Turns out the tech at the dealer tighten the oilpan bolt by Hand !!!

Pretty pissed about it cause that bolt probably would have come out completely on my trip to Cali this weekend and we would have ended up on the side of I-10 somewhere in the desert with a seized engine !!!

Better find a better dealer for service on my Tacoma till this free oil change time is over !

Just thought I share my anger

I remember in my moms blazer when I was a kid the dealer used an impact on eng drain and completely pulled the threads. Then they put one of those drain plugs like in a boat the just compresses the rubber grommet to hold it in.. Work for a few mins and popped out down the road at a store... The tech actually admitted to it.. Same guy, same trip drain rear axle and never refilled.. Completely toasted ads end a few hours away te next night and the service manager had to flat bed it out on a sunday night..... Retards, I was just a kid and still remember
