I had this though from another forum that I am from. One of the members got his dream truck, which was a Tacoma. So that got me thinking for this board.

Was the Tacoma, 4 Runner, FJ your dream truck?
If not, what would you rather have instead?

I never had a dream truck, always a dream car. I've always wanted a Tacoma and I bought one. I've never owned another truck. Tacoma's are awesome!

Tacoma was mine since 2005. Before that, it was a Tundra.

I don't give genders or names to inanimate objects, but if I did, nothing would be a she, why would I want my truck to be synonymous with the tempermental, moody, irrational gender?

So changed it after reading that. You're right, I wouldn't want that either.

The tacoma wasn't my dream truck at first, but as I began truck shopping it quickly became apparent that it was the best compact truck for me. I still have dreams of restoring an early 80s model Chevy K5 Blazer

FJ is my dream truck, but they all seem to sticker for around 33-35k. There's no way I could afford that. But I love my regular cab tacoma, and it's starting to become my dream truck with a few mods!

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Mostly cars here, a 68 Impala SS427, 71 Plymouth Superbird, and finally, 51 Hudson Hornet 2 door coupe, Twin-H-Power. That is my list of dream cars to own. There is already a 69 Mustang Mach 1 in the family, so my Ford side is satisfied! I don't really have a dream truck or 4x4, I like to customize and modify my own stuff so whatever I make out of a truck or 4x4 is what I have!

The Tacoma is not quite my dream truck but being a Toyota fan my next truck purchase will be a Toyota Tundra CrewMax fully optioned out. The only real reason I bought my 2010 Tacoma was that I could get a 6 speed manual transmission.
