    hey guys my neigbor has a 1979 toyota corrolla she wants to sell. just wondering what do you guys think would be a good price for her to sell. she already was offered 1000 but seems kinda low. needs a little mechanical work but the body is intact. no rust in the body panels has about 90k miles. what do you think?? pics coming

    As awesome as it may be, I don't think you will get much more than $1000 for it. The car is more than 30 years old! I see domestic cars here that are not even 10 years old that sell for that.

    That thing is sick!!!!!! I'd pay $1500 if it ran like a champ and I did'nt think it had 198,000, it might not though. Someone will pay for this car if they really want it, I'd flip it in a heartbeat.

    I got my 1980 Corolla Tercel for $300. Rusted a bit on the body but rebuilt engine and tranny with 13k miles. Its my daily driver for gas mileage (get 28-31) but no A/C sucks.
