Painting chrome help!

    Soo as much as I want a Taco it's just not feasable with being a over worked underpaid college student so I'm looking to do the next best thing, paint the hideous chrome front and rear bumpers of my Colorado to match the paint and throw out the 60/40 split bench in favor of ANY bucket seat!

    This being said anyone have and guides on how to do the chrome to paint? and also if possible the dimensions of the 05+ bucket seats? I'd ask on a Colorado board but i said how was looking for bucket seats "till i could get a real truck like a tacoma" and they shunned me. =\
