Bad Alignment?? Do I get to go yell at Sears??

So I was just at my parents' house, and saw an alignment read out sitting on the counter. Upon picking it up, I saw much more read in the actual column than I would ever accept for one of my own vehicles.

Can anybody give me an opinion on this? My understanding is that after paying $90 for an alignment, everything should be within acceptable ranges?

 

Caster is not a tire wearing angle so most alignment shops do the best they can with it. Personally, as long as toe and camber are in spec, that's what I care most about. Not to mention, it's just outside the acceptable range.

What vehicle is this on?

 

Volvo XC90.. the thing eats tires, 3rd set in 60k miles, so it'd be nice to have everything set optimally. Thanks for the input!

 

Caster affects the pull of the vehicle. Usually if someone complains of the vehicle pulling one side to the other, and tires have been taken out of the equation, caster is the blame. Unfortunately not all manufacturers equip vehicles with a caster adjustment.
