    If he knew it was in the employment contract and signed up anyway, not much he can do. He saved the day but rules are rules I suppose.

    I understand the purpose of the policy, but I also understand exigent circumstance. He wasn't carrying the weapon while working, and retrieved it to prevent further conflict. There are a lot of events in recent history that could have been prevented or reduced had the good guy been carrying. I'm just fed up with people getting their pee-pee slapped for defending themselves or those around them, or otherwise doing the right thing.
