4.6 f150 possible rod bearing/or hydraulic lifter?

4.6 f150 possible rod bearing/or hydraulic lifter?

This is when it first started making noise. Not sure why I was under the truck, the noise is inside the valve cover on the drivers side because I can pull a certain injector wire and it quietens down a little. I will get a better video tomorrow .the sound gets faster with rpms and doesn't go away. Any thoughts?
