Is this myth true about head gaskets?

I have heard by many mechanics and have always been told; let the car warm up about 2 minutes before driving away. If you dont do so then you have the chance of blowing a head gasket in a shorter amount of time than you would when you warm it up. Just something I think about everytime I start my truck up. Has anyone else heard the same or is their a direct answer on this.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

I've never heard this but it may be true in sub 0 temps I know here is CA we don't really have to warm up our trucks.

myth on modern engines

barely some truth with cast iron blocks and aluminum heads about
50 years ago when engines were built like crap, and materials science with gaskets was lacking

I figured, I just always warm up for about 2 minutes just because I feel at ease if I do

Complete myth, and I wouldn't take my truck/car to any of the mechanics that told you that.
It's one thing to let the oil and engine warm up to its normal operating temp, but not because you're going to blow the head gasket.
