Nope, I enjoy driving too much to settle for an auto in a sports car.

Especially a crappy torque converter slush box from GM.

A DCT on the other hand I might consider when my joints are wore out.

No, but I've driven plenty of fast sports cars, and I have no doubt they're a ton of fun even with the auto (it's got over 400 hp!).

But it would be better with a manual.

    All my opinion of course!

I had a M6 in my 2005 and A6 paddles in my 2006 & 2009. the A6 was actually more fun to drive.

I'm glad you like it, good thing they make manuals and autos:)

Paddle shifters are amazing on a track and if they're actually connected to a DCT of some sort simply because the shifts are so fast. Torque converters suck the fun out of everything.

Back when I was in college, I had a 99 mkIV Jetta. Then I caught myself looking at the drivers of other Jettas to see if the chick driving it was hot. I immediately traded it off.

Jettas I think are #1 chick car.

I just picked up this chick car from a co-worker.
He had bought the Cabrio for his wife in 1995 as a mother's day present.
Now at 51k, it's a 5 speed, never seen rain or snow, top is new, couple of door dings, otherwise perfect!
They have grandkids now & want a Subaru so
$4k later its mine & will stay a chick car, save miles on my 13 Tacoma lol

    Hey forgot about this thread!

I recently bought a chick car to be my daily driver. A blue water metallic 128i 6MT. Girls think it's "cute" lol.
