    *ahem*

Anyhow, personally, I think it was nice to see the 'Stang look nice again for a couple years. Been a long time since they looked good (72 or so was the last one I liked before the retrofitication) but this new thing looks like a warm bag of ass.

I actually like it quite a bit. It seems strange to carry the Mustang name to me, probably cause it isn't as aggressive looking as previous generations.

I don't know whether I would get the turbo 4-banger or the V8

I drove one ( two different ones actually) exclusively for six years. I sold my last one a couple of weeks ago. I bought a new Ranger ( base model to save gas and keep miles off the Stang) a couple years back and rarely drove it. I'd always hop on the Mustang instead.

I really like it! I have always been a Mustang fan. I do miss my 09. It just didnt make much sense as a daily driver in Maine. I was going to kill myself in the thing...

If I had the money (and a garage) I would buy another one in a heartbeat!

Always had a soft spot for muscle cars. Love the new design of the mustang. Can't wait to see the turbo four in action and the new Coyote V8 with it's new head design

I'm torn, I liked the retro Mustangs, and this one looks a little too much like a 2 door Fusion to me. Although I like the Fusion, but I don't think it should share it's look with the Mustang.

I do like that Ford has finally swapped the solid rear axle for an independent setup. So hopefully this mustang will turn. That alone makes me think this could finally be a fun car red light to red light and in the mountain passes that I loved to take in my WRX.

I like the looks of the '14 better - maybe the '15 will help me find a deal on one. I drove a Mustang as a DD for about 7 years. Definitely had some fun experiences sliding around like an air hockey puck during icy weather. Would be fun to have a new one in the garage for the summer.

I like early Mustangs, but pretty much all of them 1970-2011 I didn't care for. I liked what they changed for 2012 (such better lines), but then 2013 came out and they gave it those black-out tailights which only looked decent on a few colors. I can only hope that I don't have to wait 40 more years for another good looking Mustang to come out.

I often wondered where the designs would evolve to after they went retro about a decade ago...

I like the direction they went.

    I've onwed/own:

    1996 Mustang GT 5spd
    1999 Mustang GT 5spd
    2011 Mustang GT 6spd

Daily drove a Mustang from 2002 till 2012.

In my opinion, I dont really love or really dislike the new design.

What you guys are missing is that the car is purportedly 200 LBS LIGHTER and will have the same or greater power output. In otherwords, you are getting a 420-450HP car, a 6spd manual transmission, capable of well into 12's showroom stock, lighter and smaller than the current generation all for around $30K - which is less than what most you'all pay for your trucks new. What other car provides that same level of performance at that price point?

    Answer: none.

Therefore, the car could've looked like a giant hairy penis, as long as it kept the Coyote motor, the manual tranny, and is lighter, I would consider it good.
