Looks like the headlights now have black-chrome inlays similar to '09-'11 TRD models.

The grill isn't impressive, homers grills look way better.

They look kinda cool, but it's not like I expected anything else

It's funny how Toyota is advertising softer front spring rates as a "feature", when every aftermarket shock / coilover runs a higher spring rate. The TRD Pro may be cushier on dirt roads but may bottom out more often on whoops. Wonder if the Bilsteins have a snubbing feature in the last bit of compression travel?

Trade it in, or buy their new suspension. Unless the frame/suspension is really that much different.

Can't speak for the Tundra or 4Runner, but for the Tacoma, I feel like it's just another way for the company to tack on another $3k when most of us (myself included) can get the same results with the Toytec setup, new wheels, and tires. Maybe even better performance too! Now, if you want this truck because of what it comes with and have no plans whatsoever to do any upgrades to it, then by all means, get it and spend the money. I on the other love doing upgrades and as much of the work as possible because its cheaper to do it yourself and I enjoy it. Only problem is getting the money, otherwise I'd be full fiberglass, full roll cage, LT, and supercharged. Lol

Even as an owner of a TRD OR, were I to buy my Tacoma again, I'd go with the SR5, tow upgrades and then add on the suspension and lockers. I'd still come out cheaper than these dealer packages filled with bling and just a little more performance.

I'm with you on that. I got the O/R because I ended up picking my 08 up 2 years ago used with 36k miles for $21k out the door. Jumped on the deal while I had the chance because used Tacoma's in general don't last too long around here.

Sorry it isn't the TRD Pro Tacoma...but at the San Antonio Cars & Coffee this morning...they had a Tundra with Manufacturer plates on it.
The sides are stamped like the new Tundras have on the tail gate.

One of the dealer's near me had a 2015 Tacoma TRD Pro listed on its website so I gave them a call to confirm and they said it was not actually there but it was theirs and was already sold. The salesman went on and explained these are EXTREMELY limited and each dealer will receive 3 TRD Pro vehicles (1 of each Tacoma/Tundra/4Runner). Once that is sold that is it and they will not get anymore. Anyone know if there is any truth to this??
