Tacoma Odometer Record??

My 01 is about to reach 90,000. Got it 2.5 years ago with about 65,xxx.

 

my 03 with 163k.

 

09 with 102000 mi. still looks, runs, and rides like new. Granted a lot of highway miles.

 

Some years back my middle son had a '95 Toyota 4x4 pickup with 326,000 miles on the original engine. Still ran good when he finally sold it!

My '03 Double Cab Tacoma 4x4 just turned 91K, so I have a long way to go yet!!!

 

Right around 110k right now on a 2nd gen 4.0 v6

 

Just got rid of our 2001 4Runner that had 265k on the odometer.

What a great car that was.

 

Nice! My last 2000 runner had 175k ran like a champ. My current 2000 has 83k on it

 

113,000 on my 2008. One water pump, 1 Passenger CV shaft,second stereo deck aftermarket from broken screen,3 sets of tires. Other than that its been a great truck.

Only put in aftermarket stereo/lift/bumpers, new batteries, brakes, fluids, bulbs, and one carrier pulley. No major engine, body or electrical issues at all. Even my serpentine belt is the original and isn't cracked (back-up is under the back seat just in case). This truck gets wheeled hard at least every other week. Air still blows cold and power everything works like new.

Best vehicle I have ever owned, without debate.

 

I'm at 217,000 as of yesterday evening. Everything still works, hardly any rust, and the engine runs like a champ

145, ish on my 07. I try not to look at the odometer, just leave it on the trip odometer, 330....there much better! Easier to stay in denial LOL.

 

This was on the way home from my last wheeling trip so it has 1-2k more on it now. I supercharged it at 215k and its running as strong as ever .

 

Tacomas are made for running forever, seriously.. Just Toyota in general, and at that, Japanese cars

 

I don't even count for this thread. My 96 2wd 2.4 xtracab was just under 144k when I bought it. It wasn't running when I bought it. The guy had dogged the piss out of it, never maintained it. Still had original everything. The reason he parked it (still running at the time, but had sat for so long when I bought it last August that it wasn't running.) was supposedly a blown head (back in 2007-08) but turned out to be a freeze plug that had fallen out. It didn't truly need a rebuild, but I did it anyways. Got it on the road in the beginning of July, and I've put 3070 miles on it so far. About to do the first oil change after the rebuild.

 

Getting close to 250k miles

 

My cougar had a cougar before I met her..probably a late 80's but she can't recall, brought it to 200k and sold it to her manager at work. Her husband replaced the rusting bed with a wooden bed and hit 300k with it.
