Tamper Resistant nutz & boltz for LED light bars, etc

    Another thing to do with Hex button heads would be to fill the hex portion with something that you wouldn't mined taking time to remove but a criminal would (caulk, solder, etc).

    I wouldn't trust anything on the threads like solder or glue... it will most likely fail when torqued.

    I could do that. maybe ill just try that.

    for the roof mounts though, they are regular ol' bolts.. so ill need either hex for those, or security.

    One link below for breakaway nuts (sounds much more painful than it is) and one for breakaway bolts. Either one can be a pain in the ass to remove. I realize that's kind of the point but take into consideration that you're likely to have to do some grinding/cutting/drilling if you want to remove them.
