2007 Jeep suspension problems

    So today I tried to do a spacer install on a 2007 jeep grand Cherokee and failed. I got most everything apart except the bottom strut bolt that goes through the control arm. I don't know if there is a trick or what. The actual nut I got off but the bolt itself will not slide out. And the head of the bolt has some little tabs on it that look like a lock washer. Any help would be appreciated.
