I heard of someone sending a copy of the money to pay the fine. Then the police supposedly sent a copy of the warrant for his arrest!!

and cops mailed him back a picture of handcuffs.

I haven't gotten one of the tickets, but I know plenty of people who have. I hear the best thing to do is to just pay it and it won't affect your insurance(at least in Louisiana)

Ive gotten a photo ticket. It might not come for over a month, but it will, and it will have 2 pictures of your license plate..mine-- you could even tell I was braking because I missed the red light.

They are basically considered parking tickets in Colorado. Just pay it and nothing else will come of it.

As our vehicles are registered in my name, I get pics all the time of my Wife, and addressed to me. I usually throw them away. I told her that if it happens again, Im turning her in.

You should cuff her and search for contraband.

The ticket gets mailed to the address the car is registered to. They will include the pictures that were taken and the time after the light turned red that it was taken. They will also include the speed you were going but I don't think that was right when I got my ticket. I got mine at 12:30am when no cars were around and the light had been red for 0.9 seconds when I entered the intersection. It sucked. In Los Angeles the fine was $381 and for another $45 I did traffic school online so it wouldn't effect my insurance. There are some ways to fight the ticket. If the picture isn't clear and they can't see your face you can go to court and claim that they can't be sure it is you in the picture, therefore they can't charge you. Google red light tickets and there is a ton more info on ways to fight it but I can't remember them all. Good luck.
