    My company is looking to buy 4 new half-ton trucks. ford and dodge both offered us special deals on them, longetivity isnt that big of a deal as we usually sell them when they reach 100k. So, my question of the day now is which one is better ive drove both of them and both ride well and will pull what we need.

    My opinion: Dodge is good for "service" trucks whereas F-150's are good for hauling stuff

    When I worked for an oilfield supply warehouse, we used Ford F-250s. And we had a Dodge 3500 and 1500.

    I didn't like that 1500 so much cause it sagged like a brother when you loaded it down. But all the other trucks were great. I know that doesn't really pertain to and F-150, but I was getting at how I didn't like the 1500. :)

    The Ford is what I would choose over the dodge. Other than the Cummins the Dodges aren't built to last or retain resale value.

    Ford- Doing well. Churning out quality trucks on there own money


    Dodge- Might as well be our trucks. I wouldn't take it though. I dislike Chrysler products with a passion

    When I worked at a John Deere dealership, we had 3 Tundras. :D All we did was pull trailers with lighter loads.

    The only Tundras I see in Auburn are usually Charter cable trucks.
