It means Tacoma World or something else.

I hadn't heard about the reliability issue with the Insight, but it's been good for us (knock on wood). You're right about the car having no power, I think its 99hp combined. I tried to spin the tires on gravel, in sport mode with the trac control off, no dice. But I have gotten 380 mpg before.:D

My friend had a 2009 prius as a take home company car, he had it for like 2 years, he/we treated that thing like a go cart race car , it didnt give him any issues and kept on chugging

I honestly did not read this entire thread, and am not sure if I am too late to have input at all. I work for Honda and I can guarantee you that any money you save in gas by buying an insight will be spent on repairs for it. If I'm not too late and you have any questions on insights feel free to PM me.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I wouldn't get a hybrid simply because of the costly batteries. You'd be better off to go back to a good reliable Focus for a few grand and drive the wheels of that. Those are good cars, and are pretty damn safe too.

You know, our family car has been a Camry Hybrid for the past 8 years. No battery issues at all. I know quite a few people that drive hybrids and I've known only 1 person that had to replace the batteries, and that was done under warranty.
