bad ass but here is my 2 cents
1st you would never get away with no windshield on the street in jersey.you would be pulled over and shot in the face.
2nd WHY THE FUCK would the geek be wearing a helmet while driving on the street?
3rd WHY THE FUCK would you make a 10 minute video and not have any offroad shots?? he does know its a trophy truck...right??
4th THAT TRUCK IS BAD ASS.

any more video of that truck being used, i meant really being used?

edit: here is another sick street truck from them.not sure about the flex pipe intake

    1. Most race vehicles have no windshields because they get shattered during races anyway. The tubes you see running from top to bottom are there to keep other vehicles' stray wheels from getting inside the truck. That said, he'd be an idiot to think that he wouldn't get a ticket if he did happen to get pulled over. ;)

    2. You ever cruise around in a caged vehicle? The same metal that protects in a rollover can hurt like hell when it's accidentally bumped into.

    3. My thoughts exactly, although it's technically not a trophy truck. "Trophy Truck" is a SCORE-specific term and SCORE doesn't allow forced induction. (yes, my geek is showing)

    4. Agreed. :D

i understand the no windshield thing. you live in jersey. how far would you get down rt9 with no windshield before you were pulled over and hammered with 300 tickets. why dont they allow forced induction? i guess that is just a bad ass weekend toy on the sand dunes? is there any class that would allow forced induction?

Hell, I can't drive through Spotswood doing 3mph under the speed limit in a legal car without getting pulled over!

No forced-induction classes in SCORE unless you're entering a factory-shipped engine setup. Turbo diesels, for instance, but they need to be individually approved by SCORE tech.

I remember hearing that people were buying Ford Lightnings with the 5.4 liter supercharged engine and building them as desert race trucks. It gave a huge advantage over the folks that were following the rulebook to the letter, and I'm pretty sure that's why it's now on an individual approval basis.

Big money teams manage to get around it, of course. Volkswagen's turbo-diesel-powered trophy truck is a perfect example.
