I don't know, a modded Ford Raptor looks pretty badass also (minus that gay lightbar)

I like the Raptor, but I don't really see a huge demand for a production off roader like it with the economy like it is right now. I sure as shit wouldn't spend $40k on it, I'd rather make it my own, ya know? And I agree with the statement that a lot of the buyers won't use it to it's full potential. Oh well, it's a cool idea and I can see it looking super sick with a different grille and de-graphiced haha.

I look on Ford Canada website for the Ford Raptor. This vehicle starts at 48K Cdn. I would never spend $48 on a Ford let alone 48K. I would definitely be looking into Nissan Frontiers if there wasnt Toyota Tacoma's. Why do people continue to compare the tacoma to a full size POS Ford.

I think it's kinda cool that the antenna has a big american flag - but I'm not sure if I like the Ford oval sign mounted to the roof. The giant FORD on the grill is bad enough...

i know this is an old thread. But its funny. All the people bashing this truck, questioning its reliability, etc...

No mass issues, rides like a memory foam mattress, and has held up really well considering there are a ton out there used going for as much or more when new.

My buddy just picked up a 2012 with 80k. One hell of a ride, like nothing I have rode in before. No squeaks or rattles either. I'm now looking at the 2017...

THE REVIVAL! Yeah they're nice I think most here can agree to that... the $$$ and that mileage makes it out of reach for most, including myself.

I'm just sick of seeing, "It's a Ford" and, "found on road dead." Last time I checked, ford didn't have any mass recalls to replace frames, leaf springs, or brake issues. Pretty sure Toyota took that card. And for the 3rd gen guys, no low transmission fluid levels in the ford trucks either.

Favorite quote of the entire thread. If you think that all there was to do is different shocks and tired, I want to be around when you change the oil on your truck. Should be interesting since you're obviously an engineer
