Toytec ultimate lift kit, light racing UCAs, ARB bumper and full skid plates underneath. Looking into redoing the suspension and maybe repainting the ol' Taco.
I was leaving work last week, going to go to happy hour with a few co-workers and wham! I was sitting at a light and someone rear ended me.

Funny part, it was my intern that had started the week before. She was pretty embarrassed. She was driving a scion tC and it was pretty jacked up. The Taco's bumper is fubared, but the bed didn't hit the cab or anything.

I felt really bad for her, as she is a pretty nice girl and I can only imagine how mortified she was. I played it off like it was no big deal, after all we are both ok. So, looks like I'll be getting some sort of new kick ass bumper soon. Woohoo!:D

No no, her insurance is taking care of it. I did avoid getting the police involved and arranged for the tow truck to take her car way. But I'm not out of pocket anything other than some gas money.

Maybe I'll have enough left over for one of those shaky things... :)

Why would you want to avoid getting the police involved? Most insurance companies won't process it without police documentation.

I avoided police involvement as there was no need, in my eyes, for her to get a ticket. As for the insurance part, it's not true, at least for her insurance or mine. I was talking to my agent at the time and since there were no injuries he said I didn't need to worry about it.
