    OK let's see.

    1. 1972 Chevrolet Impala (grampa took me out to drive the county roads when I was 14)
    2. 197x Plymouth Arrow (driver training car)
    3. 1968 Ford Station Wagon (Family Truckster 2x2 "across" seating in the way back meant it seated 10 -- like sardines.)
    4. 1973 Mazda Rx3 Station Wagon (Piston engine goes boing-boing-boing but the Mazda goes hmmmmm!)
    5. 1977 Ford LTD (1 finger steering, baby!)
    6. 1962 Ford Econoline panel van (Drove one summer while housesitting for a friend. "3 on the tree." But I accidentally put 10 bucks in the tank back when the gas pumps were priced "Double the Meter" and fortunately I had $20 on me - including all the change in my pocket. Those same people had a 3 legged "Taco Bell" dog named "Peso...." But I digress...)
    7. 1977 Lincoln Continental Town Car. (You don't drive - you give orders to the helm!)
    8. 1972 Dodge Colt (This is why tiny cars should NOT have automatics)
    9. 197x Red Plymouth arrow. Also an auto. Probably the car I've ever hated most on the planet before or since.
    10. 1973 AMC Hornet. Yellow, with green vinyl roof. Straight 6. I could stand on the ground inside the engine compartment. Swapped out the radiator in 45 minutes. Drove US 50 "lonliest highway in america" in that thing.
    11. 1980 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup. Drove this one for work. Got stuck in the mud one time and hit a phone pole trying to get free, ripping off the mirror. Lots of paperwork on that, but didn't get fired.
    12. 1982 Ford Ranger Pickup 2wd. With the V6. Also for work. Not bad for what it was.
    13. 1974 Alfa Romeo Spider. Fun little five speed. Wrapped it around a tree going _way_ too fast. When I look hard, I can still see the scars on my face in the mirror.
    14. 1970 Datsun 510. Roomate's car. Thing was a wreck. For a long time, you had to climb in the passenger side through the window, till I helped him fix the door latch - for my own convenience.
    15. 1976 Oldsmobile Starfire. Gutless V6 with 2.30(!) rear diff. Geared for 140 but top speed was about 90 - 95... wind limited.
    16. 1981 Ford Escort. Mom's car. She said the gas always vanished when I'd been driving it.
    17. 1977 Ford Fiesta 4 speed. Strip model, but the engine in that loved to rev. Sounded great as you ran through the gears and on the downshifts. Also a great little FWD ski car. I could chain that thing up in minutes.
    18. 1987 Ford Escort. This was a rental. It left it's tranny fluid in my grandma's driveway. So the rental car company towed it away and delivered:
    19. 1986 Toyota Corolla. Did I mention tiny gutless cars shouldn't have automatics? I said that right?
    20. 1984 Ford ranger 4 banger 4 speed. Needed to do some hauling. When I think 4 banger pickup - this is my comparison point and my 2011 Tacoma is a powerhouse by comparison!
    21. 1987 Honda Civic 4 speed. GF (now wife) had this at the same time I had the fiesta. Geared much lower, and was a lot quieter. Not as much fun, though.
    22. 1988 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. First new car I ever owned. Tragically killed by an idiot making an unexpected illegal U-turn in front of me.
    23. 1986 Corvette Convertible. Test drive while I was shopping for Mustang replacement, but settled on
    24. 1990 Mazda Miata 5sp. One of my favorite cars ever, and I put a kick-ass stereo in that thing. You don't need a lot of power to rock out in a car this small. Last car I ever owned with manual steering. But why did they start making Miatas with power steering anyway? Philistines!
    25. 1986 Plymoth Laser Turbo. Babysat while a friend was overseas. Now *that* was a sleeper. Looked like your cheapo-cono-hatchback-box; until you stepped on the skinny pedal.
    26. 1990 Ford Explorer. Rent-a-car for a one week ski trip with some friends. There's a lot to be said for renting cars for road trips.
    27. 197x Brown Dodge Dart. Also a ski trip, with a different friend, in his car. It lost one tire chain while climbing a hill. Did I mention renting a car for a road trip is a great idea?
    28. 1990 Honda Accord. Remember "automatic seat-belts?" :puke:
    29. 1991 Honda Civic Automatic. 1.5 liter auto. zero to sixty in minutes.
    30. 1987 Honda Accord. White. The in-laws car.
    31. 1986 Honda Accord. Teal. The wife's former roomates car.
    32. Various U Haul trucks. Also a tiny diesel panel van with an exhaust brake one time. B-d-d-d-d-d-r!!!
    33. 1970 Plymouth Coronet. Beat-up white. Borrowed from a friend one summer while I was completely broke.
    34. 198x Chevrolet Impala. Grandma's last car. Never had as much character as those 60s and 70s impalas.
    35. 1997 Mercury Sable station wagon. Had the second child and fought back against the minivan craze with a station wagon. We knew it was time to trade up when my wife and I were in the 1987 Civic two door, and folks would start laughing at us... and our son in the car seat... and our two big labrador retrievers...
    36. 2001 Dodge Intrepid RT. Rims/Tires/Stereo. Not a bad car but more hassles than I deserved. It burned two body control modules -- one when it was only two months old and the dealer blamed the stereo installer. I believed them until it puked the second one a few years later. My son still drives this to school.
    37. 1994 Ford F-150. I bought this to pull my J/24 sailboat on it's trailer, but it was my daily driver for a while too. Week-long camping trip into the Sierras on forest service roads camping with my sons (9 and 6 at the time) and that was how I got interested in four-wheeling.
    38. 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan my folks bought - led into
    39. 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan my wife and I bought to replace the Sable after it got old and began "it usually starts up; on most mornings."
    40. 2009 Honda Odyssey minivan my folks bought to replace the 2007 for no good reason I can determine; except that Michelin stopped making the run-flat tires that it came with and they would have had to replace the tires and rims, so they bought a new one instead
    41. 2011 Toyota Tacoma - my current daily driver and on-and-off-road-trip vehicle of choice
    and a few PS
    42. 200x Infiniti
    43. 2005 Toyota Prius. I don't think I'd buy one but hardly seems worth all the hate they get...
    44. 1998 Toyota Prius I drove while a pal was borrowing my F150
Various forgettable rental cars and "friends cars driven once" would take the list somewhere past 50. I actually thought it would be more when I started.

I valet all through school at a high end buisness in Orange County Cal, so basically every car (>$75K) you can name that was produced prior to 2010. Good times.....for anyone in school, valet is a GREAT way to pay the bills. several hundred a day in cash tips (to tax) for driving around Saleens, lambo SUVs and bentlys.
