My dad is in the process of selling his Tundra and buying a 2011 Ford F-350 diesel. I am not going to lie, if I had that kind of coin, I would probably have one in a heartbeat. This thing is like sex on the beach. I suggest you either go and look at one, or at the very least look it up. It has everything from heated/cooled seats to a full computer in the gauge cluster, to a regular home plug-in in the back seat. he had an '08, and it was very much kick-ass, but this thing... BIG improvement. The only negative thing that I can say is that, this big ol beast is definitely a mall crawler. I would beat myself up taking it off road. Sex session completed... Here is the pictures finally...

The black screen that shows the mileage lights up with all your trip options and stuff really cool. I just couldn't find the key...

I don't have any now... I get out of class at 2 today. I will take some then. He actually ordered one with a Tan interior, which is not here yet. One with his same color combo (he actually ordered white over gold, and this one is white pearl over gold), King Ranch, and just a black interior is in now. Black is so much sexier. I think that he is buyin' this one...

This is the new diesel... It is called the Scorpion. It is fast as shit right out of the box... The torque is sinister.

To bad it is super ugly. And it would be really impractical for most people.

I'm just not diggin it. That chrome grill is hideous and there has always been something that looks funny about trucks with completely round wheel wells.

My dad used to have a very clean '97 f350 with the 7.3. That was beautiful truck. The newest ones make me want to puke but they are very nice.

I concur. With the issues of the last two engines, I'd have to take a watch and see approach to see if Ford has finally learned how to build a diesel truck. For my money, I'd be all over the Dodge/Cummins combo. I had one once before, and it was as reliable as gravity.

I would get a Dodge for the Cummins because I don't like V8 diesels. There's a reason why pretty much all semi trucks use straight six diesels, because of the crazy low end torque and long stroke and reliability.

I loved my straight 6 bronco (gas). It may not have had much top end but the low end torque was insane. That combined with a granny first and 4 low, it could crawl over anything with no throttle lol.
