h3t ??????

I think you'll find the interior room lacking, the gas mileage terrible, and the quality (like just about everything GM makes), sub par. My truck is 4 years old, and I plan to drive it at least another 6-8 years. When I'm finished with it, I'm willing to bet that it'll still be in better shape than any GM purchased new today.

Not to mention that if you actually get a 5year loan for the car, you're going to be underwater for a LONG time. GMs depreciate pretty damn quick, and you're going to be stuck with driving that thing or taking a big loss to get rid of it.

I'm not going to convince you to buy or not buy anything... and as some random dude on the inetnet, I shouldn't. Do what you want with your money. Just be prepared to get looks (from guys like me) that let you know, in no uncertain terms, that you look like a douche driving the H3.

 

all new cars lack quality.i dont give a crap who makes it.they dont make anything like the used to.i agree tacomas hold ther value batter than a gm. just call me douchediddy. remember i dont care what another dude thinks of me.you might,maybe you should work on that.you might be a happier person.

 

I'd get one of these before those H3Ts anyday.... also if you want something smaller, F100 version should be coming out this summer:



It's your money dude, do what you want. Just consider that it'd prob cost a lot to get it fixed if something shall go wrong. End of production means end of replacement parts. Good luck getting aftermarket items too.

I like them. My friend has one and it's been fine mechanically. Pretty capable offroad too, plenty of ground clearance. He's definitely not the kinda guy who'll throw 22's on that ho

 

the 3 at the dealer all had gay chrome wheels on them.i kinda like the stock base metal wheels.

I wouldn't even get that. My boss has an 08 H3 Alpha, paid about $36k for it because they were trying to get rid of it. IMO even at $36k it's not worth it, but he's a GM guy so you know the rest. It only has 2,000 miles and they belt chirps loud on cold start, the wheel speed sensors are leaking on the rear axle housing and he averages about 10 mpg probably because it's full-time 4WD. The leather feels really cheap, the steering wheel is really fat for some reason, the trans clunks, it has bad blindspots.

IMHO the H3T is ugly as sin, almost as bead as the Pontiac Aztek.

But if you like it get it.
