That one is too pretty (and expensive) to use off road. I still kick myself for not buying one which was repossessed by my credit union in '72. Instead I bought a new Scout II. Big mistake.

That thing belongs in a museum. They put alot of money into restoring it, a millionaire probably cried himself to sleep wanting it for a collection.

 

Damn that thing looks completely mint. I couldn't imagine dropping 100k for that though.

Why what? As to the Landcruiser being too expensive to use off road--I can do what I want offroad with a significantly less expensive vehicle. As to the mistake in buying the Scout II--it constantly needed repairs (the plus side was that I learned a lot about working on cars).
