    They put their foot down and said no.
    Paving the way for C11 for GM.
    The new company, Goverment Motors, will be owned by 70% of the federal goverment.
    The UAW will likely get a good stake in the new company per the details being spelled out in the days to come.

    Now back to our regularly scheduled shenanigans.

    Its not like GM bondholders have much to lose since their holdings are almost worthless anyway.
