HERE IS WHAT KELLY JUST SENT ME

I just wanted to email you with an update on the orders. I have contacted about 100 members from the list, and still waiting to hear back from some of them (no biggie). It may appear to take me a bit longer but that is because of the number of people on the list and the number of additional vehicles added to the orders.
Canadian orders will be addressed shortly. Different measures and calculations need to be addressed because they are international.

If you get a chance, please remind them to be patient- there is no need to call our office unless they absolutely need their order rushed. I do have other responsibilities and we just went live with an entirely new system on Monday so we are all working very hard to keep orders on time. I will try to get as many in as I can before next week because the Thanksgiving Holiday will cause delays (FedEx will not ship Wednesday and Thursday next week).

FYI

Guys, make sure the CC number she got from you are corrected, double check everything before you hand up the phone, i don't think the call-for-order go though CC validation right away. Mine should be out already if not for that simple mistake.

my credit card is showing 4 pending charges from them
1. 11:00 11/16/10 for $1
2. 11:01 11/16/10 for $1
3. 10:44 11/19/10 for $88.77 the price of the matts
4. 12:36 11/19/10 for $88.77
any ideas why ??? none have posted yet

Give it a few days and see if it fixes. Sometimes bank stuff shows up weird If it is not resolved by mid next week then call!

 

Anybody know the extension to dial when you call Mac Neil?? The message they left on my phone cut off and I dont know who I need to speak to

Guys, i just talked to Kelly.

Apparently they ran out of gray color on the rear set, so the $88.77 charge is only for the front + shipping, if you have total of 7.6lb showing on the fedex tracking, you are getting only the front set for now. The rest will be shipping out next week.
