Your 520 will be fine they are only 6.5 tall from the mount to the bottom of the light the 700 are 8.58 from the mont to the bottom

The Hella 500 are 6.8 and I had adjustment up and down

The bar is max up...I can go no further because it is touching the bottom of the hood latch. I have a couple millimeters between the bottom of the light and the inner lip of the grill surround. It is a tight fit but I would say it is perfect.

Man, I've been enjoying the hell outta watching this thread since the beginning. If I wasn't so invested in my POS bar build before I found this GB I would've bought one. Still may when I get a new job. Nice work on these bars, they look awesome, and it's great hearing so many people are happy with them! Next up, selling them through dealers... please let me know before the price bump then!

No doubt, hopefully this week I will see mine too! Then go buy some lights. Is there a light that is better than others? Planning on spending under $100.

I'm sure you can find lights for under $100 but they probably wont be the best quality ones.

So how about the next price level: $100-$200? I will not use them much but would like to see where I am going off road. Thanks for the input.

I got my PIAA 520's for around $180 shipped new off of ebay. You might want to check them out as well. I really like mine and use them quite often when the weather is crappy.
