I'll open this up to the first 100 members who are on board with this and voted YES in my poll on the thread posted above.
Cost is $95.00 + shipping
Shipping should be relatively inexpensive due to the fact that this is NOT a heavy product at all...
Production completion of first run tentatively by second to third week of April.
HERE IS THE PROTOTYPE:





The final product will be an exact replica of the piece pictured above produced by a vacuum formed process.
This is the INNER PIECE of the TWO PIECE Grille that is on the front of every 2nd Gen Tacoma.
I will post Complete instructions on how to disassemble your stock grille and then reassemble it with this insert and mesh.

I will have 5 types of mesh at pictured above...
All are aluminum (no corrosion issues) except for the square screening in the center bottom. That is Stainless Steel.
I quickly painted them black to better show in the pics & used a quarter to illustrate scale.

The 4 Aluminum styles will be $40 for the main & triangle pcs. (yes the will be pre-cut to fit too)
The Stainless will be $50
Additional Mesh for bumpers & scoops will be $20 each for Aluminum & $30 for Stainless - Price is the same for the Scoop because it will come pre-bent & cut to be an exact fit.

I will offer a reduced depth insert for those with lights or a URD CAI. These will be custom to the size needed and I'll work with those interested in this on their specific needs. Reduced Depth is an additional $25
