    Anyone verify this? I don't know if JLee has tested with a gas tank skid. I would *assume* it would be fine, but you bring up a good point!

    That's what they make grinders for.

    Furthermore, the IFS, transmission, t-case, and gas tank need a skid a LOT more than the rear diff does.

    I would agree. At some point I want to armor the full underbelly... Just not sure I can do this now. Money just got a heckuva lot tighter for me :(. Was planning on putting all the skids on at once. Seems like I'm going to have to wait on the full skids unless some miracle happens!
