Official release: Tacoma 2nd gen reverse lights:)

Here you go. Truck is about 3 ft out of the garage, and I'm using the same camera phone.

 

Installed my reverse lights last week and there awesome. Even with 5% tint, no complaints whatsoever, LJ has great customer service and I'd also recommend buying this interior kits too.

To the people that are skeptical stick with your stock bulbs we'll take the LEDs and see better when were backing up.

Got mine the other day and finally put them on today.

AMAZING!

They are super bright and do a much better job at lighting everything up. Also, during the day it is pretty obvious that they are on. Anyway, I drive in and around Phoenix all day and no one cares if your backing up or not. They will still cut you off or ignore you.

Got mine Saturday. Put them in yesterday. My impression is that they do not shine to the sides as much due to the bulb design. The gap behind the truck is a no difference thing to me since I don't depend on a back up camera or have one. Plenty of light behind the truck and much more visible to those behind you which is the main purpose to begin with. Diggin the subtle license plate lights. Completes the LED outside lighting.

Also, these LED light bars are not for sale but I added them to my truck for personal use!

Also added CREE reverse lights as my ARB DRL, those of you with the ARB can do the same with these bulbs! Or get orange and use them as turn signals in your ARB!

Received the LEDs and installed today. Wow nice lights for the Tinted Back Window and the Backup Camera. I am ordering the interior lights ASAP.

 

Hey guys, just wanted to let you guys know that I was gone for a bit but I am back on the forums now and restocked on interior LED kits...still no reverse lights in stock unfortunately

 

Do you have the 3rd brake lights for the 2nd gen tacomas yet? if so, how much?

 

I can get them goin again but I will need a committed list this time, so same format as the TRS group buys, should I start a thread? It will be $18 shipped CONUS for the third brake lights and the LED's will have 360 rotation of light spread

 

Did you get a new one? Need a tester?
