You need to learn how to troll better. Read around the off-topic section, you'll find some great examples ;).

On a serious note, I will have a boatload of more pics after work guys. Sit tight.

From those 2 pics you posted of your door... OEM spread twice as much. Unfortunately, we don't always back straight up.

Yes, as I've stated many times the LED's are more focused of a beam. Do you understand the intrinsic differences between an LED and a incandescent bulb?

IMHO the shots against the garage door highlight that perfectly, while being completely useless as a real world test.

Edit - Hopefully the shots I take today/tonight will show better how they look in the real world. Thinking I'm going to have to find a dark alley or something tho.

Oh I gotcha dont worry about that. Im the one w/ the Dually's on the bed rails. Why would I spend $35 for spot lights for reverse lights is what im getting at. Duallys dont do shit backing up because the bed blocks all light. Obviously

Here's some pics in the daytime (it was getting dark, not bright sunlight shots by any means...)

Click on them... if you dare!

Edit - resized them so they're more reasonable. You can click on any pic to get a slightly larger sized version.

Hell yes they're visible! I'd say they're much more visible than the incandescents... It's pretty much the same jump in brightness in the interior... HUGE difference.

My gf even said when I was putting them in "are you trying to blind people!?!?" I kindly told her that I rarely, if ever, put the truck in reverse on the highway/road .

Edit - time to go take nightime pics

Without further adieu, here they be!

Edit - resized 'em all, so you can click on any pic if you want the GIGANTOR version.

The gratuitous shot blinding the camera:
    [IMG][IMG]

Tried to get that elusive side-angle shot (first is both bulbs, second two are one of each from either side):
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Fairly good shot from the side, showing how far it lights (again, first pic is both bulbs, second two pics are one of each):
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

I took a bunch of shots of the rear cam. That was a PITA to take a picture of!!! I deleted a ton too, lol (all but last 2 pics are both bulbs):

Last 2 pics of the rear cam w/one bulb each:

Pulled the truck partially outta the garage (oh snap!) and took a few more (first two pics are both LED bulbs):

These pics are one bulb of each:

Side shot looking at the tails (first pic both LED bulbs, second pic one of each):
    [IMG][IMG]

More shorts of the two bulbs mixed:

To be honest, this last one highlights the difference between the bulbs best. Don't forget to click on the pics if you want a bigger version!!

thanks for the shots. Would it be too much to ask to put one stock bulb back in so we can see how much of a difference it is?

The pics you took look good in some shots and not bright at all in others. I know it's probably the camera/angle/settings/etc which is why I'd like to see how the original lights look in the pictures for a better comparison.

Yea, I was worried someone would say that... lol.

The shots where it's appearing brighter are definitely all on the rear cam. Seems to make it brighter since I'm taking a picture of a camera taking a picture on a tiny screen... But I agree, I would rather compare side-by-side as well...

    After dinner. :p
