    I was just wondering, so far the people that got the hood struts and tailgate strut is the product working good,bad or as u expected.

    Satoshi with FJ badge, factory cruise, factory intermittent wipers, Redline Tuning hood-lift struts, Hellwig Swaybar, Rosen DVD-Nav
    Put them on the Taco and SWMBO's '04 Rav4
    Very happy with both, though I was a bit bummed that I could not retain the stock hood holder as a backup on the Rav4 since it rested along the fender where the strut rests.
    No big deal to remove... I stuffed it under the carpet in the cargo area.
