definitely givin it thought. I am looking to get a 2.5 to 3" lift for my 09' offroad Access cab. I have heard that 2.5 to 3 lift may work better with new UCA's. More alignment adjustability.

    Any comments or suggestions?

Definitely recommend new UCA's. I have a 3" kit, and just installed LR UCA's like two weeks ago. Love em. my alignment is spot on. Couldn't get any better. Rides better, handles better, more droop. Definitely worth it.

No prob. What about em? General consensus is to ditch it. I did. Smoother, more articulation, rolls more, but not that bad honestly.

would like to get more articulation off road but nervous about on road performance. its my daily driver and i need to use it on the interstate. I wonder if a smart/talented fella could build a servo controlled splined coupling for the sway bar to disconnect / connect it without leaving the cab?? Maybe set it in synch with the dash 4wd knob so you would not be tempted to take it on dry pavement while its disconnected. The bind moggles!!

Probably should start a new thread so we don't get off track from the OP.

Yeah, not to thread jack , but removing it really doesn't affect it that much. It's super easy to remove and put back on. Try it out. If you dont like it, throw it back on

Good idea--will try a remove this weekend. probably start a discussion about it next week on TW. Kind of a gear head and like tinkering. Later Moose 1988 Thanks again for the feedback!!:stirthepot:
