i hope to god i am doing something wrong. i hooked it all up and they .... don't work. i will try a difference ground spot tomorrow. i was pressed for time and just wanted to check to make sure they worked.

there's only 3 connectors, so it's not like it is rocket science. i reconnected my old bulbs and they work fine. any ideas?

I recommend grounding to the battery or where the battery is grounded next to it. Also, be sure that your connections going into the ballasts are plugged in correct. I have had some people plug then in backwards on accident. Let me know what you come up with!

    Thanks!

You get the bulb out from inside the engine compartment NOT removing the plastic outer cover. First unplug the harness from the bulb, remove rubber cover, undo clip that holds bulb in place (need to push in and down to undo the clip), remove bulb.

er, the hid bulb. it comes with a half shield cover and there are two tiny little screws/bolts holding it in place. almost looks like an allen key but a really small one, like 1/16"

Why do you want to remove the shields from the bulb? They are there to keep the lights from blinding oncoming drivers. Or do you not give a damn about your fellow drivers?
