Well i got er done! Was a fun and challenging project.

Looks good to me, but putting these in and taking them off the truck 4 times has scratched the crap out of my lenses on the outside corners. What a pain in the ass it is to get em in and out!

Love the way the BHLM looks... Its def not perfect, i didnt get the reflector taped of perfectly but if your not 2in from the lights you cant tell

    How's the cutoff look?
When i first fired em up they were cocked about 15 degrees up to the drivers side. When i got over being thoroughly pissed of that they are not plug and play, i just dremmelled some of the plastic around the alignment ring and spun the projector a little. then used the factory aiming screws to dial it in as best i could.

Was it very hard to adjust the alignment ring?
I have everything but am a little scarred about the alignment ring.
Yours look great by the way.

Yeah i messed up by not checking the horizontal alignment before resealing them. But if you do it before you reseal it not a big deal. when you get the projector mounted to the bowl, you will see the alignment ring will not let it rotate so you just get out the dremel and cut a little of the plastic that keeps the ring from moving(as your looking at the back of the housing you would cut the plastic tabs that are part of the stock housing, to the left of the metal alignment ring about a quarter of an inch is what i needed to rotate the lights to level the cutoff)
when you get to the point of the housings are apart and the projector is mounted let me know if you need further explanation.

yeah after having them for a while i do notice the dim areas and she shield problems, but in general they are great right out of the box and its such an improvement over halogen that i dont care about the little stuff.
but eventually i will be doing the fxr

I installed mine on my bike. Went slick, tough to hide all that wiring and ballasts on a bike tho, not a whole lot of extra space.
