    3" seems to be the border line between needing them and not. I'd say if you have the money go for it, you can "get away with it" without, but if you can upgrade, do so.

    I just got this setup on my access cab. They were able to get everything in spec except 1. It was borderline. They told me to come back after it settled to see if they could do anything with it then. I can post my spec tomarrow, if you want, but it is REAL close as to whether you need them. If you want that perfect alignment, you will. If you just want it in spec, you might.
