The thing with it is is that they need a carcass that is that size and there aren't many of them to begin with.

I wonder what the possibilities of them using your own would be. I know there is a bit on their website about turning in your old ones if you live nearby I think.

yeah there are only 5 tires currently made in that size i think, i have stock size tires right now and even if i had 255's it would be a pain to ship cross country

I was debating on getting some new General Grabbers when these burn out but the way they are lasting I may just stick with another set. I'm at @ 40k on them and there is still lots of tread left.

That would be awesome if they made a 255/85/16, would much rather have those then the 285's im most likely going to buy from them this month! Ill have to wait and see what the "owners" say! Keep us posted!

Edit:I tossed Treadwright an email about 255/85/16's aswell and will update when they get back to me!

Big tires, big lift, Lots of stuff's.
I'm at 23-25k Without the kedge grip and mine still have tons of tread left. Im looking to buy them in 35's and sell my 285's.

Correction: I just looked at my papers. I have approx 19k on them. Still in great shape.

Anyone running the Warden 265/70-17 rubbing the well? If not, are you lifted? A picture would be great. It seems the Wardens (32") are bigger in circumference than my Duratracs (31.7)and they drag my mudflaps.

I have the 265/75/16 Wardens with no rubbing whats so ever. They are very close in size. I also have a 3" lift though.
